Our Mission identifies why we exist

Quirindi Retirement Homes Limited is engaged in the provision of Quality Care services to the ageing population of Quirindi District and the wider community.

Our objective is to ensure a safe and secure environment for our residents and staff- a supportive community where appropriate care is provided by professionally trained personnel in our purpose built contemporary aged care home.

Our aim is to be acknowledged as a leader in the provision of care and the education/training of staff for the Aged Care industry.

To be and to be recognised as a leader in strengthening and developing Quirindi Retirement Homes through the creation of integrated models of care where excellence and leadership are pursued by all to best meet the needs of the people and communities we serve.

Quirindi Retirement Homes Limited is committed to providing quality care services for our residents and a quality workplace for our employees.

This will be done by a process of continual reflection and review of the way we provide services and by striving to improve on what we do.  Through our meetings and committees our complaints / compliments / suggestions we seek to find issues that we can build on to produce better outcomes for our Residents, Staff and family members.
